First off I want everyone to know that this was done as a joke and nothing more. Some how its gotten back to me that its being discussed at other ballparks. That was not my intention. Shelby is a GREAT kid and Homer Bailey was a class act during his rehab start. I have nothing but praise for both of them. On this night, the #1 draft pick in Low A out pitched the major leaguer......and I have a great memento sitting on my desk at work. Thank you Shelby for being a good sport.    home |
